I just want to say how well this video describes how I often feel. If I make a mistake, it is then added to my never ending list of other life mistakes I’ve made. It sometimes gets to a point where, out of nowhere and for no reason whatsoever, my brain decides to remember an embarrassing or disappointing moment when I screwed up and my brain reminds me that it can’t be fixed or undone. My brain then continues to make me feel like more of an idiot than I already make myself feel like in the first place …
